Tickets are £40 plus eventbrite's booking fee of £4.04. Refunds of the £40 can be requested up to 7 days before the event, but will not include the booking fee.

There are ten half-price tickets set aside for people who could not otherwise afford to attend - which can be activated using the code "HALFPRICE" at checkout. (If this doesn't work it's likely that the ten tickets have already been claimed, but feel free to contact us to check.)
​
We will send out a form to give your preferences for which Larp to play by the end of October. This form will include the option to name anyone you cannot play alongside. To facilitate this, by booking you agree to have your name added to a list of participants to be shared with everyone who will attend.
ACCESS

The HEART Centre has level access throughout. Some of the rooms we use will be on the first and second floor, all accessible by lift

The venue has an accessible toilet on every floor

There is a small carpark by the entrance, with two dedicated disabled parking bays, which are first come first served.

Parts of the venue will be open to the public. A dedicated quiet room will be available throughout the day

This is a one-day event with no overnight stay

The nearest hotel is a Premier Inn on Otley Road, 5 minutes walk away, with various public transport options into the city centre.
GETTING THERE

The venue is 15 minutes walk away from Burley Park and Headingley train stations, each 5-10 minutes from Leeds station on a regular stopping service.

The 1, 6, 28, and 97 bus services all stop nearby.

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford, about an hour away on public transport. There are regular trains to Leeds from London, Manchester and Birmingham, each taking around 2.5 hours.
